Tunay Torun moving to Stuttgart

Tunay Torun is a young player in the Bundesliga side Hamburg, but numerous reports suggest that another German side Stuttgart are signing the mid-fielder.

The young mid-fielder has been a consistent performer throughout the ongoing season and has pleased his coach as well as caught a lot of attention of the clubs in the Bundesliga as well as throughout the Europe.

The Turkish midfielder started his football carrier at a very young age of 16 when he joined to FC St. Pauli. Later that year he went on to join the Hamburg SV in the youth side. Professional contract was then offered to the youngster in the coming year
but he had to stay with the youth side.

In just his first appearance with the first team, he greatly impressed his team and officials due to his immaculate positioning sense and play making in the midfield. This is when he evolved as one of the best in the mid-field region and assisted goals,
as well as kept the defensive line strong and checked the attacking players.

While playing for the Red Shorts second team, he gave 44 appearances and scored 16 goals in the year 2007. This reputation secured him a promotion to The Dinosaurs first team.

The midfielder scored his first goal for the Red Shorts first team against FSV Mainz 05, in August 2008.

The midfielder is a Turkish as well as German nationality holder. He was offered a spot in the German Nation team which he refused and joined the Turkish team instead. He was promoted regularly with the national team, first into the U-17 squad and he finally
made his way to the U-21 team in August 2009.

VFB Stuttgart has been lacking good form this season and is looking forward to additions in the squad to strengthen both the attack and defence. The clubs holds a long history of appearances in major European titles like UEFA Champions League, UEFA Intertoto
Cup, The National German Championship, German Super Cup and the German League Cup but currently is going through a bad phase and struggling for form.

Die Roten lag a good defensive midfielder and the coach has kept his eyes on the Turkish youngster for long and is looking at him as the best choice in a reasonable priced deal.

Stuttgart officials know that Torun’s contract with the Die Roten expires in this summer, and it would be a perfect time to formulate a deal and get the midfielder on board.
