A great reformation programme by Michael’s Badminton Academy

Recently, Michael’s Badminton Academy has taken a great initiative of recruiting children of neglected class of the society for the purpose of giving them training for the badminton. This charity programme by MBA has great value for children’s belonging
to poor families. Moreover, this programme is going to change the lives of many children in the year 2011.

The director of the Michael’s Badminton Academy said in an interview that he knows well that some children despite having great talent for playing badminton could not find opportunities for getting themselves trained. He further said that after analyzing
the above described situation carefully he has decided to provide young and talented players the world class opportunities of training and learning.

The director of MBA said that first of all they have decided to recruit children ranging from seven to sixteen years from Rumah Amal, House of Joy and Rumah Shalon, the most neglected and poor areas of the world.

He further explained that the whole programme will base on first of all selecting best coaches for training the talented players with weekly evaluation method. Moreover, such children would also enjoy the facility to visit different tournaments of badminton
along with joining many seminars and reformatory programmes. Such tactics would help such children in learning and improving their game in a very best manner. Furthermore, such children would also be provided with the books having the success stories of great
names in the arena of badminton.

At another occasion the director of MBA said that this reformatory programme can also be called as the corporate social responsibility programme (CSR) because it is based on bringing change not only in the lives of the talented players but also in their
families and the localities where they reside. This programme would create in the young blood the spirit of sportsmanship along with instilling in them the attributes of patience, firmness, determines, regulation and management.

At the end the director showed optimistic behavior towards initiating this programme to three more homes very soon so that maximum children could change their fate after being selected for the scheme.
