Antonio Rubio defeats David Lemieux via 7 round TKO Decision

The Marco Antonio Rubio has defeated David Lemieux scoring another seventh-round technical knockout win to his career on Friday night in the world boxing council (WBC) Middleweight Title
Eliminator bout at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada.

The time was 2:36, when the fight was called off by the referee in the seventh round of the twelve round fighting combat. All the three judges’ score cards were in the favour of Rubio.
Rubio is now the holder of WBC Middleweight Title Eliminator belt.

The Mexican middleweight professional boxer, Rubio has now upgraded his professional boxing record. He fought 53 of his total fights till to date of which he has won 47 competitive bouts
and 40 wins came to his way by winning knockout decisions over his rivals. He has faced five desperate losses of bouts in his career and the only one draw to his career.

However, the 25-years old, Lemieux has now disappointed many of his Canadian fans after getting caught by Rubio in the seventh round. Lemieux has said during his press conference that
he is just going to knock him down and that he is mentally and physically hundred percent fit to fight. Before the fight many harsh words were exchanged between both of the fighters but Rubio showed his excellence in punching ability by outpointing Lemieux.

Unfortunately, it was his first ever defeat in his progressing career. After giving 25 impressive fights, it was entirely a desperate effort made by him. He has worsen his record as, he
fought 26 total fights in his boxing career, won 25 bouts, interestingly all by winning knockout decision expect one draw and one prominent loss on this Friday nights bout.           

At the time when Lemieux could not be able to predict the speed and timing of a powerful punch by Rubio, Lemieux went down to the floor. No doubt Lemieux got up but he seems not to be
in a position to take this bout till the last 12 round.

The 30-year-old Rubio has now become the compulsory opponent staying active in his middleweight division for the rest of competitions.
