Diniyar Bilyaletdinov glad to score against Andorra national football team: Euro 2012

Russian national football team midfielder, Diniyar Bilyaletdinov has revealed his satisfaction after winning 6-0 against Andorra in the qualifying round of the Euro 2012.

Russian team cemented top spot on the group table after winning against Andorra in the qualifying stages at home. The former Lokomotiv Moscow player managed to score a stunning goal from 30 yards but failed to influence the match
any further.

Returning from an injury, the Everton FC player lamented his lack of match fitness. However, the midfielder expressed his satisfaction that he was able to score a goal at Luzhniki stadium.

Speaking on the team performance the Russian Cup winner said:

“I think we were more relaxed. We knew the opposition very well and about their strengths. The team did a fantastic job at home and the fans loved it.”

Bilyaletdinov is of the view that Russia are ready to fight against any team and highlighted the time when Russia reached the semi finals at Euro 2008.

Having won most of the qualifying matches, the CIS Cup winning player reiterated his desire to stretch the winning momentum to reach the later stages of the tournament.

Bilyaletdinov played the entire ninety minutes in the European encounter and revealed his satisfaction on team performance. The promising midfielder is of the view that Russia deserved to top the respective group.

The Russian national went onto highlight the difficulty playing matches against Macedonia and Slovakian national football team. The 26-year-old revealed that he worked very hard after he was being called up by the national team
head coach, Dick Advocaat.

Bilyaletdinov thanked the supporters and insisted them to play an advance role in the upcoming European games. The Russian Premier League winner revealed that it is still too early to predict the favourites to win the tournament
and highlighted that Russia are ready to fight against any opponent.

The talented youngster, who scored Everton goal of the season year 2009/10 against Manchester United, praised the head coach and highlighted that Advocaat is doing great job and the team have complete faith in the former Dutch
tactician.
