The correct, safe, and incorrect procedures of riding on a bicycle

Cycling is fun but it can be dangerous if you are unable to distinguish between the right and the wrong ways to cycle. There are always two sides of the coin similarly two ways to choose
from the right and the wrong. Therefore, you would always prefer to go on the right path.

In order to stay safe you need to be attentive and eyes wide open, the moment you sit on the cycle. If you take it lightly, you might end up to regret in the end. To enjoy cycling ensure
to drive it carefully. Just keep little tips in mind to prevent yourself from injuries or any other mishap.

Take in view your head and neck position; your neck should not be restricted to only one position. This will not only harm your neck muscles but it will also seem awkward to others, as
you will resemble a statue. Hence, it does not mean that you keep on moving your head here and there but move it accordingly depending on the situation. Your facial muscles and your jaws should not be clinched up tightly as it will be a hindrance in easy breathing.

This stiff position of the head and neck usually results when you are going through some tension or problem because then you tend to concentrate on other things rather than cycling. Therefore,
it is strongly recommended not to cycle if you are going through nervousness or any other anxiety as it can result in a life loss. Life is important than anything so saving it, should be our first priority. Get pleasure from cycling, feel relaxed, and think
about safely cycling, that will prevent you from the worrying thoughts to surrender you.

Protect your eyes from the scorching heat of the sun with a good pair of sunglasses otherwise; you might tend to squint with a result in an accident.

Do not hold the handlebar too tightly do not think that holding it with full strength will save you from an accident rather it can harm you. Gripping it tight may result in arms and hand
muscles to stress, which may end up in loosing proper balance of the cycle. If you stiffen your arms and do not hold the handlebar smoothly that can result in difficulty while turning on sharp ends and corners. So it is better to hold it softly you might hold
it tight at times depending on the situation. However, do not do it for a longer duration as they can also harm your hands especially the palm. If you feel, little stressed just tap you your hands once or clap once that might help in releasing the tension
for the time being.

Moving here and there and changing your position repeatedly is not beneficial. Try to move in line that helps you maintain balance. This will help you to focus and pay attention at one
point and will save your power and energy.

Another wrong way to do it, is with open knees it is not only an unusual way but it also creates resistance against the wind that may lead to hurting you and secondly you will not be able
cycle fast that way. For a smoother ride, it is best to cycle with knees inclining towards the cycle.

It is essential to keep these things in mind while cycling to prevent yourself from any problem that might become regret for you later in life.
