The athletes seemed to have gone through an intense competition at the leg two of the Asian Grand Prix in Kunshan, China on May 26 2011, as a lavished paradigm of world’s renowned athletes and mesmerising performers stood in the field with a sheer determination
to make it to the apex.

Xie Limei of China renowned as the former triple jump champion produced outstanding performances of the event, as her mark of 14.06m entitled her the third on the Asian season lists behind compatriot Li Yanmei and Olga Rypakova of Kazkhstan. Limei after
having secured the second spot at the very first round of the meeting just behind her compatriot Li Yanmei emerged on at prime when she stood victorious as well as touched her season best on Thursday in the second round of the meeting.

Li Yanmei seemed unable to replicate her Jiaxing form, as she plunged for fourth a fourth spot with a best of 13.98 metres. The athlete from Uzbekistan Aleksandara Kotlyarova with a paragon performance made it to the 14 meter league with a best performance
of 14 metre and following her was her compatriot Anastasiya Juravleva who after making three fouls in the very first meeting of the three leg Asian Grand Prix, amplified her efforts for the third spot with scores of 13.95.

In the women’s high Jump category the competition was a tough one for all the competitors as most of the athletes competing in the event were renowned challengers. A magnificent athlete form Uzbekistan Svetlana Radzivil entitled as the former World junior
champion and Asian Games champion after scoring the second best Asian mark of the season at 1.92 metres stood par excellence in the contest.

The men’s 800 metre competition was blended with a groovy contest between the athletes on a modest and a thin field which was afterwards mantled by the Iranian athlete Sajad Moradi, as he finished with a staggering time of 1:47.95. The Iranian athlete was
given a tough challenge by the Indian athlete Ghamanda Ram who managed a decent finishing time of 1:48.17.  Attaining the third spot was the Chinese Yang Xiaofei who finished at 1:48.37.
