The Wanted Person of the Week is a 28-year-old man named Michael Anthony Smith. Michael Anthony Smith is wanted for a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. This charge stems from an incident that occurred on August 15th, 2023, in the City of Utica. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Department is actively investigating this case.
