Inter Milan looking to test Tevez and City’s resolve

It is being reported that Italian giants, Inter Milan are looking to test Carlos Tevez and Manchester City’s resolve over a potential transfer for the player to the San Siro.

Earlier this season, Tevez went on to hand in a transfer request at the Eastlands – but it ended up getting turned down. However the player is apparently looking to various opportunities that are certain to present themselves to the player at the end of
the season. This is despite the fact that the player has gone on to commit himself to the club recently.

Tevez has so far easily been City’s player of the season so far and he even went on to score a hat-trick in his last outing for the team against West Brom in the Premier League.

The Argentinean forward was signed by the Eastlands club for around thirty million pounds, but Inter are hoping that they will be able to land the player for around twenty five million pounds instead. However the team is also willing to let a player or two
go the other way in order to make the move all the more likely.

The chances of Tevez actually making the switch to a team outside of England, seem all the more likely with the player already having expressed his concerns over life in the country. In fact the player at one point this season even went on to state that
he could potentially call it quits on his career as a footballer altogether. However with the opportunity to start fresh in a new country might be just what the player needs on a personal level to try and shake things up for the good, before he calls it quits
on football eventually.

Tevez is currently twenty seven years old and has around three to five seasons left in him on average, during which he can perform at his best. As a result Inter Milan are looking to land the player before he gets too old and can’t perform at his peake or
at the same level that he is performing at, at the moment.

If Tevez does manage to make the switch to Inter, then he could potentially form a very lethal attack partnership with Samuel Eto’o up-front and with Wesley Sneijder feeding them from the back, they could potentially relive their glory days once again.

City wouldn’t happen to miss Tevez a whole lot, due to the simple fact that they have a wide array of players to replace the Argentine at the club, with Edin Dzeko leading the line to do just that. However in the end it is going to be up to the player and
the manager to decide how this move goes through. Roberto Mancini will be a little hesitant to letting the player go though, due to the fact that despite those replacments all ligned up, the ‘X’ factor that Tevez brings to the side, can not be replaced by
anyone else.

Nonetheless, it is going to be a wait till the summers to see how this move further evolves. This is because if Tevez does become avalible for a possible transfer out of City, then Inter are going to face stiff competition from Europe’s elite clubs to land
the player.
