There aren't too many pacers in the world, who understand these conditions better than Zaheer”, said Srinath. Referring to the India’s match against England, Srinath pronounced that Zaheer helped his team by his superb bowling. Moreover, Zaheer also played a vital role in a losing cause against South Africa in the league phase matches of the World Cup.

Srinath further added that Zaheer gave marvelous and quick bowling performance in the year 2003, and by serving his team at crucial moments in this tournament, he showed the maturity level of game which he has achieved.
