Romeo Metro declared himself as the swift winner, of the Nottingham Produce Stakes – Second Round - Heats

The meeting of 1st October 2011, held on the dirt track of Nottingham racing course, scheduled four heats of Nottingham Produce Stakes – Second Round. Among the four champions, trainer D Firmager’s young hound, impressively placed himself in the limelight.

The 500 meter combat was concluded by Romeo Metro, in 30.04 seconds. The brindle dog with his promptness made a very threatening entry.

The two-year-old was placed in the race with the odds off 4/6 F, as he commenced through trap 2 wearing blue and white jacket, Romeo Metro placed himself at the lead during the first bend.

The last show of the Nottingham Produce Stakes 2011 – Second Round – Heat – 4, made Jazz Apolo the star of the show. The fourth speedy winner of the combat was Supreme Chalkie, who accomplished himself in not only winning the purse, but he also whitewashed the joint favourite of the show Shebas Flight.

The 9/4 J Supreme Chalkie, took the head start position during the first bend, as he dashed through the pack of hounds S Buckland’s hound reached the finish line and proclaimed himself as the winner, in 30.33 seconds.

The victorious hounds of the Nottingham Produce Stakes – Second Round were rewarded £100 each, for covering the 500 meters distance.
