FINA Diving Grand Prix: The best diving performances of the Chinese girls in Bolzano

 

At the second and final day of the FINA Diving Grand Prix 2011, several fabulous performances took place in the competitive diving at Bolzano in Italy, June 12.

Firstly, Xin Wang of China snagged the women’s 3m spring-board crown with a winning score of 329.40.

Placing second in the corresponding race was the Italian diver Francesca Dallape with a total score of 328.20, while Jaele Patrick of Australia wound up third with 320.20 points.

In the women’s 10m plat-form diving final, another Chinese diver, Tingting Ke clinched the gold medal with a sterling score of 374.70.

Meanwhile, Yuhua Xia of China earned silver title with a total score of 349.65 and Carol-Ann Ware of Canada settled bronze with a total score of 297.75 in the corresponding event.

In another exciting diving event, the pair of Chinese divers, Shuangxue Zheng and Hui Huang took home the gold medal in the women’s 3m spring-board synchro with a genuine score of 302.40.

Placing second in the respective diving event was the pair of Canadian divers, Pamela Ware and Carol-Ann Ware with a score of 273.48, while Laura Sanchez and Daniela Ramirez of Mexico rounded out the top three with a total score of 267.18.

Last of all, the women’s 10m plat-form synchro crown was snagged by the Chinese divers, including Yuhua Xia and Tingting Ke with a winning score of 347.40.

Rachel Bugg and Hannah Thek of Australia clinched the silver title with a total score of 297.66, while Pamela Ware and Carol-Ann Ware of Canada snared bronze with a score of 296.46.

Earlier, Matthieu Rosset of France won the men’s 3m spring-board crown with an incredible score of 457.10, while Ivan Garcia of Mexico took home the men’s 10m plat-form crown with a sterling score of 480.70 in Bolzano, Italy.

Finally, the French pair of Cely and Rosset nabbed the men’s 3m spring-board synchro title with a winning score of 391.44, whereas Ying and Liguang of China won the men’s 10m plat-form synchro with a total score of 464.34.
